Not ready to submit — three fields are empty
This agreement carries the minimum terms Apple requires of a custom EULA, and the terms specific to this app. It cannot be used until these are supplied:
- legal entity — the name that publishes the app
- address — a postal address, which Apple's minimum terms require
- jurisdiction — the governing law
It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. The liability and governing-law sections in particular are worth one before you rely on them. If you would rather not maintain your own, leaving the EULA field blank in App Store Connect makes Apple's standard agreement apply, which is what most apps do.
1. This agreement
This agreement is between you and legal entity (“we”, “us”), not with Apple. We alone are responsible for the app and its content.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on any Apple-branded product that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not redistribute the app, rent it out, or attempt to derive its source.
3. Subscriptions
- The app is free to use. A subscription unlocks the interpreted part of a reading; the chart, its plain statement, and the archive remain free.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple Account is charged within 24 hours of the period ending.
- Manage or cancel in Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. We cannot cancel on your behalf.
- Prices are shown in the app before purchase, in your local currency, and may change with notice.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
4. What a reading is
Readings are generated from a traditional divination method. They are offered for cultural interest and reflection, and are not professional advice — medical, legal, financial, psychological or otherwise. Do not rely on a reading for any significant decision. Part of each reading is written by a language model and may be wrong.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to harass anyone, to break the law, or to attempt to extract, overload or interfere with the service behind it. We may withdraw access for any of these.
6. Maintenance and support
We are solely responsible for any maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to provide either.
7. Warranty
The app is provided “as is”, to the fullest extent permitted by law. If it fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price. Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app. Anything further is our responsibility alone.
8. Claims
We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claim relating to the app, including product liability, any failure to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation. We are also responsible for any claim that the app infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.
9. Legal compliance
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
10. Third party terms
You must comply with any applicable third-party terms when using the app.
11. Apple as third-party beneficiary
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and, upon your acceptance, have the right to enforce it against you.
12. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
13. Changes
We may revise these terms; the revised version appears on this page, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

2. 许可
我们授予你个人的、不可转让的许可，可在你拥有或控制的 Apple 品牌设备上使用本 App，具体以《Apple 媒体服务条款与条件》中的使用规则为准。不得再分发、出租，或试图获取其源代码。
3. 订阅
- 本 App 免费使用。订阅解锁的是解读中的综合判断部分；卦盘、盘面陈述和本地记录始终免费。
- 订阅自动续期，除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消。Apple 账户会在周期结束前 24 小时内扣款。
- 请在「设置 › Apple 账户 › 订阅」中管理或取消，我们无法代为取消。
- 价格在购买前于 App 内以你所在地区的货币显示，如有调整会提前告知。
- 退款由 Apple 依《Apple 媒体服务条款与条件》处理。
4. 关于解读
解读基于传统术数方法生成，仅供文化爱好与思维参考，不构成医疗、法律、财务、心理或其他专业建议，不应作为重大决策的依据。其中一部分文字由语言模型生成，可能出错。
5. 使用规范
不得利用本 App 骚扰他人、从事违法活动，或试图抓取、超载、干扰其后端服务。出现上述行为，我们可中止你的访问。
6. 维护与支持
维护与支持由我们独立负责，Apple 无此项义务。
7. 保证
在法律允许的最大范围内，本 App 按“现状”提供。若不符合任何适用的保证，你可以通知 Apple，Apple 将退还购买价款；除此之外，Apple 对本 App 不承担任何其他保证义务。其余责任由我们独立承担。
8. 索赔
与本 App 有关的任何索赔——包括产品责任、不符合法律法规要求、以及依消费者保护等法规提出的主张——由我们而非 Apple 负责处理。第三方知识产权侵权主张亦由我们负责。
9. 合规声明
你声明：你不位于受美国政府禁运或被列为“支持恐怖主义”的国家或地区，也不在任何美国政府的受禁或受限主体名单上。
10. 第三方条款
使用本 App 时，你须遵守适用的第三方条款。
11. Apple 为第三方受益人
Apple 及其子公司为本协议的第三方受益人；你接受本协议后，Apple 有权对你执行本协议。
12. 适用法律
本协议适用 jurisdiction 的法律，不适用其冲突法规则。
13. 变更
我们可能修订本条款，更新后的版本发布于本页；变更后继续使用即视为接受。
